Started his career in 1998, as Head of the Mechanical Section of Kuwait Public Transport Company (KPTC), after graduating with a Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering from University of Colorado, Denver. Became Head of R&D Section & later moved from Technical department to the Traffic department as Head of the Operations section and later Operations Controller. In KPTC he was managing a fleet of 2000 buses. In 2002 he joined City Bus Group where he was part of the team that started the first private public transport operations in Kuwait & in 2005 was promoted to position of General Manager. During his career, he established & managed public transport operation companies in Kuwait & other countries.

Furthermore, KGL is one of the leading bus operating companies in Kuwait with more than 400 public transport busses and 900 school busses.
