Fahad Al-Awadhi CEO KGL PTS in charge of establishing transportation services for KGL in the region, with more than 20 years of experience in public transportation operations management. Started his career in 1998, as Head of the Mechanical Section of Kuwait Public Transport Company (KPTC), after graduating with a Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering from University of Colorado, Denver. Became Head of R&D Section & later moved from Technical department to the Traffic department as Head of the Operations section and later Operations Controller. In KPTC he was managing a fleet of 2000 buses. In 2002 he joined City Bus Group where he was part of the team that started the first private public transport operations in Kuwait & in 2005 was promoted to position of General Manager. During his career, he established & managed public transport operation companies in Kuwait & other countries.

The successful partnership of a Kuwaiti based, private company to operate public transport in the UAE with the government of Sharja.
